Every walkthrough includes
a detailed punch list of needed repairs with cost estimates
testing and installation of 10-year sealed battery smoke / carbon monoxide detectors (client pays for parts)
checking GFCI, emergency lights, fire escapes, utility rooms, water heaters
guidance on what repairs require permits or licenses
optional: on-site representation during your DCA inspection
